Today we will review three new vocabulary words. All you can eat, Busboy, and Cashier. Review the definitions below and then look at the 3 example sentences for each vocabulary word. After reviewing the information, try to make your own sentences.

 

VOCABULARYDEFINITION
All you can eat"A restaurant that serves all-you-can-eat food will continue serving you as much of that food as you want for a fixed price (price that will not increase or decrease)"
Busboy"A young man who clears tables in a restaurant or cafeteria"
Cashier"A person handling payments and receipts in a store, bank, or other business."

ALL YOU CAN EAT

#SENTENCE EXAMPLES
1This is an all-you-can-eat buffet.
2The hotel restaurant has an all-you-can-eat buffet lunch for $15.
3Our boss agreed to take us to an all-you-can-eat buffet for lunch.

BUSBOY

#SENTENCE EXAMPLES
1The busboy was happy to see the large tip on the table.
2My friend was a busboy at one of the most famous restaurants in New York.
3He is the best busboy at our restaurant.

CASHIER

#SENTENCE EXAMPLES
1The cashier took my money and then gave me my change.
2A cashier at a supermarket, makes $40,000 a year.
3That document discloses more information than the cashier requires.
